Roles & Responsibilities: Fund raising Strategy and Execution • Understand the funding needs of the Organization with respect to growth • Collaborate in developing the Fund Raising Strategy and develop the initiatives for the same Developing external Funding prospects • Proactively research databases across all available medium to identify prospective donors who might identify with the organizations value proposition • Filter such leads to identify clear prospects • Develop fund raising proposals in consultation with internal stake holders that best reflect and match the organizations need and the funders desire • Cultivate the donor across the Donor life cycle • Create depth and width in funding relationships Internal leads • Connect with Internal stakeholders to help identify leads • Develop the funding proposal in consultation with the stake holders • Keep stakeholders updated through quality communication Existing donors: • Maintain high degree of connect with the donor even after the funding has been released • Become the donors voice within the organization to ensure sensibilities are respected and commitments honoured Networking • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the organization, solidify existing connections, and identify new opportunities. Business Targets: • Contribute effectively to the stated business target by developing appropriate strategies Documentation • Develop appropriate reports and compelling supporting documentation that highlight the impact and is able to satisfy and sustain the interest of the donor • Oversee actionable MIS for monitoring and evaluation of initiatives
