Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day SSD activities including ticket resolution and SLA adherence.
Assist in timecard approvals, leave documentation, and compliance checks.
Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams (HRS, Geo HR, EDS) and UKG partners for issue resolution.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives under guidance.

Governance

Ensure adherence to local labor laws and organizational policies.
Support compliance audits and documentation requirements.

Reporting & Metrics:

Update and maintain SSD dashboards and reports.
Track ticket volumes and resolution timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Degree in HR / Business Administration (or equivalent).
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HR systems; familiarity with UKG / MTJ preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a global environment.

Experience:

Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in HR operations or time management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to SAP-HR or similar HR platforms.
Certification in UKG Dimensions or MTJ (optional).
