Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding process from offer acceptance to joining, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to understand reasons for leaving and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather necessary documents and information for new hires' joining formalities.
  • Ensure timely completion of all exit formalities, including termination processes and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to onboarding, offboarding, or exit processes.
