Position: HR Manager – (District-Wise Recruitment & HR Operations)
Location: Pan India (Remote + On-Ground Visits as Required)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who can lead large-scale district-wise hiring and manage high-performance teams across India. This role is pivotal in helping Brain Recoding rapidly expand its presence in schools and local markets by recruiting and managing Sales Managers, Branch Heads, Telecallers, Relationship Managers, Trainers, and other key personnel.
You will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruit ment, onboarding, training, salary and incentive management, policy implementation, performance tracking, and regional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. District-Wise Recruitment Leadership
Design and execute hiring plans to recruit 100+ team members in 20+ districts in pan india including:
Sales Managers, Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Field Executives, Trainers, Telecallers, Office Admins (if required)
Set recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
Build a robust candidate pipeline using job portals, campus hiring, references, local sources, and linkedin.
2. HR Operations & Team Management
Maintain district-wise employee databases, attendance, salary records, and performance reports.
Process salary payouts, incentive calculations, and manage conflict resolution or grievances.
Design and implement performance-based incentives and appraisal systems.
Handle attrition, exit interviews, replacement plans, and manpower forecasting.
3. HR Policy Design & Compliance
Draft, document, and enforce HR policies including code of conduct, leave policy, field travel policies, etc.
Ensure statutory and compliance norms are met at every district level (as per local labor laws if applicable).
4. Training & Development
Design and deliver training modules for district-level Sales & Operations teams on:
Brain Recoding Products
Sales Pitch & Objection Handling
CRM Usage, Reporting, and Demos
School Partnership Strategy
Coordinate with Trainers to ensure monthly learning targets are met across districts.
5. Expansion Support & Monitoring
Collaborate with the Founder's Office to align HR strategies with district-level sales goals.
Assist in setting up local offices or partner hubs when required.
Monitor daily/weekly field reports from Sales and Trainer teams.
6. Culture & Retention
Create a positive and high-performance culture in the teams spread across districts.
Build emotional motivation and connect of field employees with the company’s vision – “Transforming Indian Memory Systems.”
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in EdTech, Insurance, or Franchise/Distribution Networks.
Proven track record of mass hiring and managing multi-location teams.
Strong people skills, with ability to inspire and handle field employees from Tier 2/3 cities.
Excellent knowledge of HR systems, payroll tools, training platforms, and MIS reporting.
