Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. With 6 years of professional HR experience, the candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and plan talent acquisition strategies.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting clear KPIs and career development plans for team members.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to support professional growth.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and employee feedback.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local labor laws.
  • Ensure all HR processes are compliant with statutory requirements.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Maintain HR metrics such as attrition rate, headcount, and performance data.
  • Prepare HR reports for management decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, or similar).
