About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise to manage the full employee lifecycle, strengthen company culture, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Manage performance appraisals, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs.
• Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters.
• Handle grievance management and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR management.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll systems, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
