Team Leader- Ed Tech

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Leader to guide and motivate our executives and counselor to be product oriented and to achieving the targets on timely basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding their team towards achieving company goals, fostering a positive and productive environment, and ensuring the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Clearly communicate company and team goals, ensuring alignment and motivation.

· Effectively assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress towards deadlines

· Inspire and motivate team members, provide opportunities for growth, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

· Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a fair and timely manner.

· Maintain open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or e-learning solutions.

Ø Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ø Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Ø Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
