Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, street-smart and highly driven Sales Manager who can lead the rapid ground-level expansion of Brain Recoding’s flagship programs like Rapid Recall System (RRS) and Neuro Habits across multiple districts in India.
This is a leadership role focused on execution, team building, and deep school market penetration. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Sales Managers and their teams, visiting schools directly, closing high-value institutional deals, and driving revenue growth through both personal and team performance.
You will play a key role in executing Brain Recoding’s vision of transforming education through direct school-level implementation, local influencer partnerships (booksellers, teachers), and structured district-level sales operations.
1. Telecaller Hiring & Team Building:
Hire, train, and manage 2 telecallers (city-based) and 3 trainers, focused on calling schools and setting appointments
Monitor their daily calling performance & ensure conversion pipeline is full
2. School Visit & Closing:
Personally visit schools, meet principals/teachers/owners, pitch RRS & Neuro Habits
Present demos, handle objections, and close institutional deals
Build monthly closing funnel through relationship + team execution
3. Field + Team Management:
Handle both ground execution and tele team
Maintain daily performance tracking (CRM Only)
Weekly reporting to HO team with deal status, school visits, team output
4.Channel & Referral Sales:
Build a network of local booksellers, tuition teachers, and educators
Convert influencers into referral partners for school deals
5. Target Ownership:
Monthly revenue target achievement through personal + team effort
Daily activity planning to ensure week-wise milestones are met
Key Requirements:
Male/Female both can apply (Age 27–40 preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in field sales (education and publiction house, B2B School deals)
Must have experience in hiring and leading teams
Comfortable with school visits, handling senior educators
Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and numbers-driven
Google Sheets, WhatsApp communication, daily tracking skills a must
Own 2-wheeler with license preferred (for school travel)
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Schools Visited per Month – Minimum 50 school visits
School Conversion Rate – At least 20% conversion from visits
Revenue Closed (Personal + Team) – ₹30 Lakhs/month
Telecallers Hired & Active – Minimum 2 active callers (Initially)
Daily Calls by Team – 50+ calls/day (total)
Demo Presentations Given – Minimum 10/month
Referral Channels Activated – 5–10 booksellers/teachers/month
Reporting & Follow-up Completion – ≥ 90% timely reporting
Team Retention (60 days) – At least 80% retention
New Hire Training Completion – 100% within 7 days
