As the HR Lead, you will be the key custodian of all people and culture responsibilities at the location. Your core focus will span Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, and Admin. In this role, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives, strengthen the talent pipeline, elevate employee experience, and lead end-to-end HR and administrative functions to ensure a seamless and engaging workplace environment.
Lead the end-to-end hiring process across departments (primarily sales and academics) – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-outs, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring plans and workforce forecasting.
Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-drop ratios).
Manage agency/vendor relationships and job board partnerships effectively.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Lead employee onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
Act as the go-to HR partner for Delhi employees for all people-related matters.
Drive employee engagement, pulse checks, and team-building initiatives at the campus level.
Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting discussions in coordination with the central HR team.
Ensure timely and compliant execution of HR documentation, contracts, and records.
Support in policy implementation and adherence at the Delhi campus.
Maintain accuracy in employee data, leave management, and attendance systems.
Collaborate with central HR and Admin teams to drive standardization and resolve escalations.
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Generalist HR, preferably with at least 1 year in a lead or ownership capacity.
Proven success in managing volume hiring across departments, especially for sales or student-facing roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
Proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Zoho Recruit.
Ability to work independently, while collaborating with central teams across cities.
Prior experience in the education, edtech, or high-growth startup space.
Exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, or referral programs.
Familiarity with HRMS tools (Darwinbox, Zoho, or similar).
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
