Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to head the Human Resources function at our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of HR experience and a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and strategic HR planning. This is a leadership role that requires strong people management skills and the ability to align HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.

Build and execute effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that ensure compliance with labor laws and company values.

Oversee performance management, appraisals, and talent development initiatives.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.

Provide leadership support and guidance to junior HR staff.

Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.

Manage HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key HR functions and performance indicators.

Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, advising on HR implications for business decisions.

Requirements:

8–10 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR compliance standards.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience with HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and data management.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Prior experience in the IT or digital services industry is a plus.
