Job Title: ReactJS Developer (UI Developer) Location: Kochi , Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years preferred Industry: IT / Software Development Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled ReactJS Developer with a strong sense of design and user interface development. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers and designers to ensure websites and web applications are functional, visually appealing, and optimized across all devices. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with excellent coding skills and a passion for building user-friendly digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive web applications. Convert design wireframes (Figma, Adobe Illustrator) into high-performance front-end code. Ensure websites are optimized for usability, speed, and scalability across devices. Liaise with clients or project managers to understand their goals and expectations. Implement UI/UX best practices and ensure adherence to design standards. Utilize analytics and testing tools to evaluate user interaction and performance. Maintain and improve existing codebase and interfaces for better performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in ReactJS , JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and jQuery . Experience with Material-UI (MUI) and AG-Grid React (preferred). Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator is a plus. Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working in agile development teams.
