Role Overview: As an HR Lead at Inspire Clean Energy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's people strategy by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your primary responsibilities will include building trusted relationships across the organization, driving a high-performance culture, and ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent. You will be instrumental in owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and compliance, all while shaping policies that strengthen the company's culture and enable its growth.
