BMS & Electrical IntegrationIntegrate BMS (Battery Management Systems) where applicable Connect balance leads, power leads, and connectors accurately Verify wiring integrity, insulation, and strain relief Support basic troubleshooting of BMS-related issues 3. Testing & Quality ControlConduct initial and final testing: voltage, capacity, IR, charge-discharge cycles Use battery analysers, multimeters, chargers, and load testers Identify defective cells or packs and segregate as per SOP Maintain test logs and batch traceability 4. Safety & ComplianceFollow strict battery safety protocols, PPE usage, and fire-prevention norms Handle chemicals, electrolytes, and damaged cells safely Respond to battery incidents (swelling, overheating) as per emergency SOP Maintain compliance with factory and defence safety guidelines 5. Storage & Inventory ControlEnsure proper storage, SOC management, and labeling of cells and packs Monitor shelf life and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) Coordinate with Stores for FIFO and traceability 6. Simulation & ModellingUse analytical and numerical tools for: Internal ballistics Heat transfer and thermal loads Structural integrity of motor casing Work with tools such as MATLAB, Python, ANSYS, OpenFOAM, or equivalent 3.
