Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding). Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and build a talent pipeline. 2. Employee Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related issues. Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture. 3. Performance Management Drive appraisal cycles and performance review processes. Create frameworks for employee recognition, growth, and development. Align performance metrics with organizational goals. 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and design development programs. Implement leadership and skill development initiatives. Track training effectiveness and ensure continuous learning culture. 5. Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and organizational policies. Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and employee files. Implement HRIS and process automation for efficiency. 6. Compensation & Benefits Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive schemes. Benchmark salaries and design competitive compensation structures. Recommend retention strategies for critical talent. 7. Strategic HR Support management in organization design and workforce planning. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth. Act as a change agent during organizational transformation.
