HR Lead

As an HR Lead at our company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving people strategies, supporting performance, and fostering engagement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing talent acquisition, HR business partnering, compliance, and HR systems administration. **Role Overview:** You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in India and the U.S. to ensure alignment with business goals and drive organizational development. As a proactive and strategic HR Lead, you will champion a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement while providing guidance on conflict resolution and grievance handling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic oversight to a small team of recruiters and support senior-level or business-critical hiring needs. - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving change management initiatives and supporting business transformation. - Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Oversee core HR lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and documentation. - Issue appointment letters, check documentation, and ensure exit formalities are completed on time. - Plan and implement engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. - Update HR systems like Workday in real-time to keep data updated. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or high-growth company. - Experience working with global teams and HR systems, with proficiency in Workday. - Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with strong stakeholder management. - Strategic thinker with a people-first approach and business acumen.
