HR Lead

As a Senior HR Executive at this company located in Mohali, Sector 67, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Employee Onboarding & Orientation: - Plan and execute structured induction programs. - Ensure completion of joining documentation and HR formalities. - Create an engaging onboarding experience to improve retention. - Employee Relations & Engagement: - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. - Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication. - Help maintain a positive workplace culture and employee morale. - Resolve conflicts through counseling and mediation. - Attendance Management & Compliance: - Oversee attendance management and leave tracking systems. - Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). - HR Policies & Compliance: - Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments. - Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. - Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation. - Performance Management: - Coordinate performance appraisal cycles. - Track completion of KRAs/KPIs and performance review meetings. - Support managers in managing underperformance and improvement plans. - Training & Development: - Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions with internal/external trainers. - Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness. - Exit Process Management: - Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final settlements. - Analyze attrition data and provide insights for retention strategies. - HR Operations & Administration: - Oversee daily HR operations and support management in HR-related decisions. - Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and documentation. - Support audits and compliance checks. You will be working full-time on a permanent basis with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
