Senior HR Executive Role Location: Mohali- Sector 67 Joining - 1 Month Male candidate is Preferable for this role. Shift : 8:30 PM till 5:30 AM 1. Employee Onboarding & Orientation Plan and execute structured induction programs. Ensure completion of joining documentation and HR formalities. Create an engaging onboarding experience to improve retention. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication. Help maintain a positive workplace culture and employee morale. Resolve conflicts through counseling and mediation. 3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination Oversee attendance management and leave tracking systems. Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly salary processing. Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). 4. HR Policies & Compliance Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments. Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation. 5. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal cycles. Track completion of KRAs/KPIs and performance review meetings. Support managers in managing underperformance and improvement plans. 6. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions with internal/external trainers. Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness. 7. Exit Process Management Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final settlements. Analyze attrition data and provide insights for retention strategies. 8. HR Operations & Administration Oversee daily HR operations and support management in HR-related decisions. Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and documentation. Support audits and compliance checks.
