About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to join our growing retail organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, especially within the retail industry, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across retail verticals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and HR compliance processes.
• Collaborate with management to identify manpower needs and growth opportunities.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence to organizational culture and values.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR roles.
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition (Retail industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multi-location operations.
