1. Factory Administration & DisciplineMaintain daily factory attendance, visitor logs, and access control Enforce factory rules, timings, and discipline Coordinate with HR on manpower records, leave, and shift compliance Support issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and safety gear 2. Facility & Infrastructure ManagementEnsure upkeep of factory premises, utilities, and common areas Coordinate maintenance of electricity, water, HVAC, lighting, and equipment Raise and track service requests for repairs and breakdowns Maintain housekeeping standards and cleanliness 3. Vendor & Service CoordinationCoordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and maintenance vendors Ensure vendor attendance, service quality, and billing validation Maintain vendor records and service agreements Escalate service lapses to management 4. Logistics & Support ServicesCoordinate inward/outward material movement with Stores Arrange transport, courier, and dispatch support Support travel, accommodation, and site logistics for factory staff Maintain gate entry and movement registers 5. Compliance & Documentation SupportMaintain statutory registers, notices, and factory records Support labour, safety, and factory inspections Assist HR and Accounts in compliance documentation Ensure records are audit-ready at all times 6. Coordination & ReportingAct as single point of contact between Factory, HR, Accounts, and Management Prepare daily/weekly admin and facility reports Escalate operational or discipline issues proactively Must-Have SkillsStrong organisational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email) High discipline, integrity, and ownership mindset Clear communication with shopfloor and vendors Bonus Skills (Differentiators)Experience in factory or industrial administration Exposure to labour laws, safety norms, or factory compliance Ability to handle government inspections Local language proficiency for vendor and worker coordination
