Oversee general office operations including Infra Management, facilities management, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
Manage administrative budgets, contracts, procurement of office supplies, and asset management.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
Supervise administrative staff and support teams; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Handle office infrastructure, maintenance, and IT support coordination.
Develop and implement administrative processes and policies to improve efficiency.
Support HR and senior management with internal communication, documentation, and event management.
Ensure a safe, secure, and employee-friendly workplace.
Should have hands on experience on infra management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of facilities management, compliance, and statutory regulations.
