Roles & Responsibility –
Position Details – Admin Manager
· Manage end-to-end administration and facility operations across multiple locations (Borivali, Lamington Road, Panvel Warehouse), ensuring smooth and cost-effective functioning.
· Oversee vendor coordination, AMCs, office maintenance, hygiene, and fixed asset management including records and periodic verification.
· Handle documentation, filing, archival, and compliance-related records, including banking support and account-opening coordination.
· Manage travel, accommodation, logistics, and visa support for employees and management.
· Control procurement and administrative costs, including stationery, printing, and service negotiations.
· Provide operational and documentation support to HR, including employee records and internal coordination.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
