Your job description is as follows: Role Overview: As a Facility Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing multi-location facilities and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations related to building, safety, and support staff. You will play a key role in overseeing the smooth functioning of our facilities and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multi-location facilities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with statutory regulations. - Negotiate with vendors and maintain service-level agreements to ensure high-quality services for the organization. - Utilize your excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to address any facility-related issues promptly. - Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. - Utilize MS Office and facility management software/tools to streamline facility management processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of proven experience in administration or facility management roles. - Strong knowledge of vendor negotiation and service-level agreements. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
