Role Description

WiJungle is seeking a full-time Admin Manager for an on-site position located in Gurugram. The Admin Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate office activities, maintain records, support budgeting, and manage office supplies and facilities. The role involves ensuring smooth office operations, handling communication with vendors and stakeholders, and assisting with event coordination and team support.


  • Ensure housekeeping, pantry & facility management is as per company's standard. Proper reporting & monitoring mechanisms should be setup to track the hourly activities of respective members.
  • Timely identification and repair maintenance should be done after proper negotiation.
  • Make sure to process the travel requests of any member within specified time and accommodation along with transportation is booked at the lowest possible amount.
  • Request for any office related procurements or service requirements are concluded within specified time and at the most reasonable price after proper comparison & negotiation.
  • Introduce and implement cost efficiency so as to reduce monthly opex.
  • Maintain all records/documents related to Company's office, assets, current inventory & insurance etc. Shall also be responsible for finding and finalising office spaces.
  • Implementation of company policies, guidelines, rules regulations related to office workings.
  • In case of office outings, person shall be solely responsible for all bookings & arrangements etc. as per the plans shared by HR department.
  • Device or shipment packaging as per the desired standard should be set up and carried out. Ensure every shipment is weighed & recorded in actual and volumetric before handing over to courier partner.
  • Responsible for asset recovery in case of a termination or resignation of team member.
  • Organise online or offline events in coordination with marketing or sales team.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with all the vendors.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills for administrative and operational support.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, maintaining records, and handling office supplies procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for managing day-to-day office activities.
  • Experience in administrative roles, including office management or related fields.
