E Commerce executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings and content across our e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, IT, and customer service, to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and enhance the overall customer journey.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure our e-commerce strategies remain competitive.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes and coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for efficient delivery and returns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
