Key responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings and content across our e-commerce platforms. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, IT, and customer service, to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and enhance the overall customer journey. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure our e-commerce strategies remain competitive. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee order fulfillment processes and coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for efficient delivery and returns.
