Roles & Responsibility –
Position Details – Import / Export Executive
. Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, including documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics management
· Managed Delivery Order (DO) documentation for various shipping lines, ensuring compliance with line-specific requirements and smooth coordination with CHAs and CFS for cargo clearance.
· Handled manifest filing processes, including HBL, IGM, and CONSOL documentation, as per CFS and shipping line standards.
· Coordinated with shipping lines and agents to maintain seamless operations and build strong professional relationships.
· Oversaw timely cargo clearance and ensured effective communication and coordination with clients.
· Managed end-to-end shipment processes in the Customer Service (CS) team after receiving bookings from the sales team and overseas agents.
· Provided customers with regular shipment updates (ETA, ETD, vessel details) and strengthened agent relationships to drive better business opportunities.
Please Note –
· Office Timing - 10 AM to 6 PM
· Working Days - Monday to Saturday (Saturday Half Day)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
