Below are the key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Strategic Growth
Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyse pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Lead Generation & Networking: Develop relationships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical distributors, clinics, and other stakeholders to expand the company's client base.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, focusing on both existing products and new product offerings.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
2. Digital Marketing & Advertising
Campaign Management: Leverage Google, Instagram, and Facebook ads to design and manage targeted campaigns aimed at promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products, services, and brand awareness.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor ad performance (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns using analytics tools to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for ads, social media, and other platforms, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical advertising regulations.
Audience Targeting: Use advanced targeting techniques to reach the appropriate audiences, such as healthcare professionals, patients, and industry stakeholders.
3. Staff Training & Development
Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs for existing staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical regulations, sales techniques, product knowledge, and digital marketing strategies.
Skill Development: Focus on enhancing employees' digital marketing and sales skills, particularly related to pharmaceutical advertising across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, and Instagram).
Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning within the company by organizing workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
4. Operational Management
Day-to-Day Operations Oversight: Oversee the company’s daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, from production to sales and marketing.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement improvements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across marketing campaigns, sales activities, and operational needs.
Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with other departments (R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, etc.) to ensure alignment of business development goals with the overall company strategy.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Performance Reports: Provide regular reports on business development progress, digital campaign performance, and operational metrics to senior management.
KPIs & Metrics Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development activities, digital marketing campaigns, and overall operational efficiency.
Market Feedback & Insights: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to adjust strategies, improve products, and refine marketing efforts.
Key
Skills and Qualifications: Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and negotiate favourable contracts.
Leadership & Staff Development: Experience in team management and training development to enhance performance and productivity.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess market data, campaign performance, and business metrics.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, specifically Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook Ads.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and operations effectively while maintaining high standards of execution.
