Business Development & Strategic Growth Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyse pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. Lead Generation & Networking: Develop relationships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical distributors, clinics, and other stakeholders to expand the company's client base. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, focusing on both existing products and new product offerings. Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. 2. Digital Marketing & Advertising Campaign Management: Leverage Google, Instagram, and Facebook ads to design and manage targeted campaigns aimed at promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products, services, and brand awareness. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor ad performance (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns using analytics tools to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness. Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for ads, social media, and other platforms, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical advertising regulations. Audience Targeting: Use advanced targeting techniques to reach the appropriate audiences, such as healthcare professionals, patients, and industry stakeholders. 3. Staff Training & Development Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs for existing staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical regulations, sales techniques, product knowledge, and digital marketing strategies. Skill Development: Focus on enhancing employees' digital marketing and sales skills, particularly related to pharmaceutical advertising across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, and Instagram). Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning within the company by organizing workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions. 4. Operational Management Day-to-Day Operations Oversight: Oversee the company’s daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, from production to sales and marketing. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement improvements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across marketing campaigns, sales activities, and operational needs.
