Job Description

Develop & Drive RTM initiatives in conjunction with the respective markets Covex, New Distributor Appointment Strategy, ROI model, Servicing Norms etc
Standardize Market Execution Norms & Ways of Working across SEA; Ensure Tracking on RTM
Drive the adoption of digital technologies in the market (eg Image Recognition, Suggested Order, Newspage Enhancements etc
Lead Change Management in market for such projects and ensure implementation
Identify Digitization opportunities in the market, prepare case for new digital initiatives
Ensure End to End execution of digitization projects; and provide hypercare for at least 12 months post implementation
Develop and equip the sales team with the necessary digital skills
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales digital transformation initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RTM & CPA to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
