1) Studying the contracts thoroughly, understanding its contents, dos/ dont, targets, manpower requirements, manpower compliances, equipment compliances, insurance, methodology of project executions, penalties for non-execution, poor execution etc.
2) Preparing tender document / Agreement summery related day to day execution, log sheets, communications with customers/ plant and all other allied agencies and preparing his line of action, methodology to implement it so that project can be executed as per tender/ agreement terms and conditions smoothly.
3) Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts.
4) Understating complete project /machineries etc, impart training about the same to the team.
5) Establishing Financials aspects i.e revenue, collection, recovery, Accounting & Purchase discipline.
6) Planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
7) Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
8) Preparing and completing action plans.
9) Implementing customer-service standards by coordination with cross Functional team i.e Maintenance, Sales and Factory Co-ordination.
10) Completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
11) Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
12) Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan in support of national objectives.
13) Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
14) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
15) Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
16) Customer Commitments as per tender, improves operations efficiency by minimising losses.
