Plant HR - Manager / Sr. Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Plant HR at Senior Manager position to oversee and enhance HR functions within our manufacturing facility at Indapur location. The ideal candidate will have a generalist profile, demonstrating expertise in various HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and administration.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement

  HR strategies

  aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee

  Talent Acquisition

  processes to attract and retain top talent across all levels including workers, staff & contract labour Management.

• Lead and manage the HR team

  to ensure efficient HR operations within the plant.
• Manage

  Employee Relations

  , addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture by employee engagement activities.
• Implement

  performance management systems

  to enhance employee development and productivity.
• Ensure

  compliance with labour laws, factory laws

  and regulations. Responsible for EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements and other standards.
• Drive new initiatives related to

  Employee Engagement, Training & development

  .

• Collaborate with management

  to assess organizational needs and develop HR solutions.

• Analyse HR metrics

  to inform decision-making and improve HR practices. Monthly MIS reports. Implementation of

  ISO procedures & other QMS standards

  .
• Look after employee attendance,

  Payroll administration

  and related HR audits
• Coordinate with department stakeholders and maintain a smooth work culture
• Oversee

  Administration & Facility Management

  function related with plant, security, canteen and housekeeping etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation with any Masters degree / PG in Human Resources
• 15 to 23 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work collaboratively.
