Role & responsibilities: Oversee all painting and surface preparation activities including blasting, priming, and final coating. Ensure adherence to prescribed paint specifications (liquid, powder, galvanizing touch-up, etc.). Manage workflow and manpower to meet daily production targets. Implement and maintain quality standards (ISO). Conduct regular inspection of paint thickness, adhesion, finish, and curing. Work with QC teams to address reworks and non-conformance issues. Lead and supervise a team of painters, helpers, and technicians. Conduct training sessions on surface preparation, painting techniques, and safety practices. Evaluate performance and foster a high-performance team culture. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations. Promote safe work practices in handling chemicals, equipment, and PPE. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures in the paint shop. Optimize paint consumption and reduce wastage. Implement lean techniques (5S, Kaizen) to improve productivity and reduce cycle time. Drive automation or semi-automation initiatives in painting where feasible. Preferred candidate profile: Education : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Coatings, or related field. Experience : 8 to 12 years in industrial painting or coating operations, with at least 35 years in a managerial role. Experience in a steel fabrication , pole manufacturing , or large infrastructure component painting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electrical systems, components, and equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency with CAD software, Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, electrical design, continuous improvement activities, reduce design time and improve efficiency of design and build and installation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Contract Role - 6 Months Experience with Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), creating policies for allowing/blocking websites and/or specific types of content and/or applications, managing groups applying different policy sets to different groups. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying Netskope SWG policies following the production change management process is required. Alternate experience with another SWG like Zscaler can be considered. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .

Contract Role - 6 Months BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) expertise i.e. creation of endpoint (Mac, Windows) policies for allowing/blocking apps, approval workflows, managing groups, applying different policies to different groups, creating exception alerts, reviewing exceptions and providing approval recommendations within the BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management tool. For clarity, experience in other BeyondTrust tools like PasswordSafe PAM, Entitle is NOT sufficient. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying BeyondTrust EPM policies following production change management process is required.
