Job Description

Role & responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company and various government departments. Coordinate and follow up on official documents, permissions, and approvals as required. Schedule and attend meetings with government officials; prepare and submit necessary paperwork. Maintain records of communications, submissions, and approvals. Support internal departments with information or documents related to government communications. Provide regular updates to the reporting authority on the status of tasks and follow-ups. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive documents and interactions. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of government procedures and protocols. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken). Basic computer skills (MS Office, email correspondence, document drafting).
