Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Proactively seek out potential customers and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and increase sales revenue.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Utilize digital marketing techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and website optimization to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential buyers.

- Collaborate with other sales team members, brokers, and real estate professionals to ensure cohesive and seamless customer experiences.

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and digital marketing best practices to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and promote the company's real estate services.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Specialist or a similar sales role within the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, industry practices, and legal regulations.

- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing, content creation, and website optimization.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO tools, Google Analytics) to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- High level of integrity and ethical conduct, consistently acting in the best interests of clients and the company.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
