Role Summary

You will lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracting, and Vendor Development for GH2 Solar’s Solar EPC, Green Hydrogen, Electrolyzer Manufacturing, and BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Leadership

• Drive end-to-end procurement for 

  modules, BOS, structures, cables, LT/HT panels, transformers, inverters, SCADA, civil materials

  .
• Lead sourcing of 

  electrolyzers, compressors, storage, dryers, control systems, analyzers, and hydrogen systems

  .
• Own category strategy, vendor negotiations, and price benchmarking.
• Finalize annual procurement budgets, cost reduction targets, and strategic buys.

2. Vendor Development & Contracting

• Build & manage a competitive vendor ecosystem across:
• 
  
• Solar EPC
• Green Hydrogen
• Electrolyzer components
• BESS (cells, containers, PCS, EMS)
• Evaluate technical + commercial fit; maintain vendor scorecards.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize 

  POs, work orders, rate contracts, and AMC/O&M contracts

  .

3. Project Supply Chain Execution

• Ensure on-time material delivery for all projects across India.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Projects, PMC, QA/QC, and Finance.
• Implement a clear 

  MRN → GRN → Billing → Payment

   cycle discipline.
• Resolve site bottlenecks proactively (material shortfalls, delays, logistics issues).

4. Cost Optimization

• Achieve quarterly cost-reduction targets through:
• 
  
• Alternative sourcing
• Bulk buying
• Vendor consolidation
• Technical value engineering
• Benchmark international pricing (China, Korea, Europe).

5. Systems, Compliance & Governance

• Implement structured procurement workflows, dashboards, and MIS.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, audit norms, and tender requirements.
• Drive digitization of SCM (ERP, procurement tools, vendor databases).

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

• Mandatory energy-sector background

   (solar, hydrogen, power, EPC, renewables).
• Deep understanding of:
• 
  
• Solar EPC components & pricing
• Hydrogen plant equipment + balance of plant
• Vendor ecosystem
• Technical specifications

• Self-driven, disciplined, and proactive

   working style.
• Ability to handle pressure, fast-paced scale-up, and parallel projects.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and risk-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in 

  hydrogen or electrolyzer systems

  .
• Exposure to 

  import procurement

  , customs, logistics, duties, and taxation.
• Mature personality with leadership ability.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Energy preferred).
• MBA in Operations/Supply Chain (optional but preferred).
• 10–18 years of experience in SCM for EPC / renewable energy.
