Head of Supply Chain Management

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end operations that include warehouse management, procurement, planning, logistics, and system integration. Your responsibilities will involve: - Warehouse Management: - Supervising warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. - Leading Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and improvement initiatives. - Optimizing space usage, stock flow, and turnaround time at various locations. - Planning & Procurement: - Driving demand, allocation, and replenishment planning for different business lines. - Managing vendor relationships, purchase order creation, and procurement control. - Balancing distribution and maintaining inventory alignment across the network. - Logistics & Distribution: - Overseeing transport, fleet, and last-mile delivery operations. - Ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), cost control, and route optimization. - Managing the Transport Management System (TMS) and coordinating with third-party logistics partners. - Systems & Automation: - Supervising third-party process and tool integration and service tool management. - Implementing automation in reporting, system workflows, and machine-level efficiencies. - Inventory & Analytics: - Maintaining control over inventory movement, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation. - Managing aging inventory and implementing strategies for faster stock rotation. - Leveraging analytics for forecasting, demand planning, and process enhancements. - Stakeholder & Team Management: - Leading a cross-functional team of 35-40 members in warehouse, logistics, and planning functions. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders for operational alignment and timely execution. - Building operational discipline and promoting a culture of accountability and process ownership. Preferred Profile: - 10-14 years of experience in supply chain management within retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors. - Proficiency in SAP (P2P), WMS, TMS, and other ERP systems. - Strong background in vendor management, planning, and operational automation. - Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-location operations and cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
