Head of Marketing

We seek a high-impact Marketing Head or Marketing Manager who can directly drive revenue by building referral ecosystems, expanding diagnostics and corporate business, strengthening brand presence, and improving patient acquisition and billing recovery. This is a hands-on, field-focused role with clear growth ownership.

• Build and scale networks of referring doctors including GPs, physicians, and specialists
• Run structured engagement programs such as CMEs, clinical meets, and OPD linkage plans
• Design referral incentives, communication cadences, and retention tracking

• Grow diagnostic volumes through B2B and B2C channels
• Plan and execute health camps, institutional tie-ups, and collection center models
• Improve referral conversion and test mix

• Secure corporate tie-ups, annual health check programs, and empanelments
• Expand TPA and insurance business and improve pipeline quality and conversion
• Coordinate with billing and front office to reduce denials and fix documentation gaps

• Drive patient flow through government schemes where applicable
• Ensure operational coordination for smooth execution and compliance

• Own hospital visibility across offline and online channels
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars, and performance marketing with agency or internal teams
• Strengthen online reputation, Google reviews, local SEO, listings, and community presence
• Plan local PR, patient stories, and doctor education content

• Support systems for receivables recovery including corporate dues and TPA payouts
• Create dashboards for outstanding amounts, turnaround times, and closure status
• Work with finance and accounts to improve documentation and follow-ups

• 10+ years in hospital or healthcare marketing with proven growth outcomes
• Strong understanding of doctor referrals, diagnostics growth, corporate sales, TPAs, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building
• Data driven and comfortable with targets, funnels, conversions, and weekly reporting
• Team handling experience with an on-ground execution mindset
• Willing to operate in Eastern UP with understanding of local demographics
• Healthcare background is a plus but not mandatory. Experience and execution matter most

• OPD footfall growth and IPD admissions influenced by marketing
• Diagnostic test volumes and revenue growth
• Number and quality of active referring doctors and conversion rate from referrals
• New corporate tie-ups, empanelments, and renewal rate
• Reduction in claim denials and improvement in receivable turnaround time
• Digital metrics including review scores, website traffic, local SEO ranking, and lead conversion
• Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and campaign ROI

• Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentive based on measurable growth KPIs
