Head of Human Resources

Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role provides leadership in areas such as talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and total rewards. The HR Director is a key advisor to senior leadership and plays a critical role in shaping a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership

• Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Drive initiatives to support growth, organizational development, and cultural alignment.
• Lead change management strategies for organizational transformation and workforce planning.

• Talent Acquisition & Management

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Promote succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
• Lead conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

• Policy Development & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Lead internal audits and maintain documentation for compliance and legal matters.
• Oversee workplace safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

• Compensation & Benefits

• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
• Conduct market benchmarking and ensure equitable pay practices.
• Oversee performance appraisal and reward systems.

• HR Operations & Technology

• Optimize HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Manage HRIS and leverage analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Lead HR budgeting and workforce analytics.
