will be both architect and custodian of a workforce culture that defines the luxury
hospitality experience.
The Head of Human Resources will serve as the custodian of the Group’s most valuable
asset – its people. This is a senior leadership position that requires the ability to architect
and execute world-class HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s ambitious vision
of redefining luxury hospitality. The role goes beyond traditional HR functions, driving
organizational culture, leadership excellence, and workforce transformation across a
portfolio of high-end restaurants, boutique hotels, and clubs.
As a strategic partner to the executive team, the HR Head will shape a people-first culture
rooted in excellence, innovation, and uncompromising service standards. The position
demands a leader with exceptional gravitas, foresight, and the ability to inspire and manage
diverse, multi-property teams within a dynamic and competitive hospitality landscape.
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development
Define and lead the long-term HR strategy, ensuring full alignment with the Group’s
vision for expansion, guest experience, and brand positioning.
Act as a trusted advisor on matters of organizational design, workforce planning, and
human capital development.
Lead organizational transformation initiatives including scaling for new property
openings, market entry strategies, and restructuring when required.
Oversee the acquisition of top-tier talent across all levels, ensuring every hire
reinforces the Group’s luxury positioning and service culture.
Establish long-term partnerships with global recruitment agencies, leading hotel
schools, and industry networks to secure a steady pipeline of exceptional talent.
Leadership Development & Learning Excellence
Architect robust talent development programs that build the next generation of
leaders for the Group.
Oversee management training initiatives, high-potential programs, and succession
planning for mission-critical roles.
Create a culture of continuous learning, embedding service sophistication,
innovation, and leadership agility across the organization.
Performance, Culture & Engagement
Implement a performance culture that rewards excellence, accountability, and
innovation.
Establish transparent performance appraisal frameworks with measurable KPIs and
leadership competencies.
Cultivate a workplace culture that balances high-performance expectations with
employee well-being, inclusion, and engagement.
Lead recognition and reward programs that reinforce the values of excellence,
creativity, and guest-centricity.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
Design and maintain competitive compensation strategies, aligning with both luxury
hospitality benchmarks and organizational objectives.
Introduce innovative benefits, retention models, and performance-linked reward
systems that drive loyalty and reduce attrition.
Ensure seamless execution of payroll, compliance, and benefits administration
across all entities.
Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with national labour laws and
international hospitality standards.
Serve as the Group’s steward for ethical conduct, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Lead the implementation of zero-tolerance frameworks for harassment,
discrimination, or misconduct, including compliance with POSH guidelines.
Maintain readiness for u audits and regulatory inspections with zero non-compliance
findings.
Oversee HR operations across multiple high-value assets, ensuring alignment and
consistency in policies, culture, and service standards.
Leverage technology (HRMS) for efficiency, analytics, and data-driven decision-
making.
Provide direct oversight of employee welfare programs including staff
accommodation, transport, and well-being initiatives.
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational
Development.
Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
At least 5 years at the head-of-function level within luxury hospitality, premium
lifestyle, or high-growth service industries.
Proven success in leading HR across multi-property, multi-city, or international
operations.
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
Strategic foresight with the ability to execute complex, multi-phase initiatives.
Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, including the nuances of high-
touch guest service culture.
Strong financial and analytical acumen to link HR outcomes to business performance.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire trust and loyalty at all levels.
