Aegis Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is a 25-year-old leader in Fire Protection Systems, CCTV, Locking Solutions, ELV, and Building Automation.


📍 Location: Hyderabad

🕐 Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹1.0–1.5 LPM (Based on experience)


Who We’re Looking For

A highly driven HR leader with strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions in the construction, projects, or engineering services domain. The candidate will oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and policy development aligned with the business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage

    non-technical and bulk blue-collar hiring

    across all sites and locations.
  2. Set Up & Implement HR Systems and SOPs:

    Establish and streamline HR processes, policies, and compliance mechanisms for smooth operations.
  3. Onboarding, Induction & Documentation:

    Ensure complete documentation, induction, and orientation for all new joinees.
  4. Attendance, OT & Payroll Management:

    Monitor site attendance, process OT, leaves, and ensure accurate payroll for

    1000+ employees

  5. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:

    Maintain 100% compliance with ESI, PF, CLRA, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.
  6. Performance Management & Appraisals:

    Drive the performance review cycle, set KRAs, and manage appraisals and feedback.
  7. Training & Development:

    Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for blue-collar and support staff for continuous upskilling.
  8. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

    Lead employee engagement activities, manage accommodation, hygiene, and welfare facilities at sites.
  9. Grievance Handling & Discipline:

    Resolve grievances, ensure discipline, and maintain a positive working environment.
  10. HR Reporting & Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor the HR team with KRAs, publish MIS reports and dashboards for management review.


Required Experience & Skills

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related specialization

• Minimum 8–12 years of core HR experience, preferably in project-based industries

• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring for technical trades & site manpower

• Strong understanding of labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and factory act compliance

• Proficient in HRMS/ERP platforms for tracking HR data and reports

• Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented approach

• Experience handling multi-location teams or project sites is a plus
