The candidate will oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and policy development aligned with the business goals. Key Responsibilities : Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Manage non-technical and bulk blue-collar hiring across all sites and locations. Set Up & Implement HR Systems and SOPs: Establish and streamline HR processes, policies, and compliance mechanisms for smooth operations. Onboarding, Induction & Documentation: Ensure complete documentation, induction, and orientation for all new joinees. Attendance, OT & Payroll Management: Monitor site attendance, process OT, leaves, and ensure accurate payroll for 1000+ employees . Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Adherence: Maintain 100% compliance with ESI, PF, CLRA, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements. Performance Management & Appraisals: Drive the performance review cycle, set KRAs, and manage appraisals and feedback. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for blue-collar and support staff for continuous upskilling. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Lead employee engagement activities, manage accommodation, hygiene, and welfare facilities at sites. Grievance Handling & Discipline: Resolve grievances, ensure discipline, and maintain a positive working environment. HR Reporting & Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team with KRAs, publish MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
