Who We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of FPS projects across multiple sites

• Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams

• Manage

  residential and commercial high-rise FPS installations

  end-to-end
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Billing, and PMC teams for seamless
• execution
• Ensure

  JMS tracking, BOQ compliance, WIP updates

  , and material reconciliation
• Taking responsible for project

  budgeting, billing milestones, and profitability

• Conduct periodic site audits to ensure

  quality, safety, and timely delivery

• Manage

  multiple project teams and site staff

  across various locations
• Drive

  timeline adherence, manpower planning

  , and performance reviews

Required Experience & Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech /M Tech in Mechanical
• Minimum

  10+ years of experience in Fire Protection Systems project

• management

• Must have handled

  in-house manpower (fitters, welders, supervisors, etc.)

• Proven track record in

  high-rise residential & commercial building projects

• Expertise in

  planning, execution, and billing of FPS projects

• Proficient in

  NBC, IS, NFPA codes

  , and safety compliance standards
• Strong command over

  managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously

• Familiarity with

  ERP-based tracking

  , documentation, and dashboards
