Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding
• Hire for office functions ( Snr roles) – HR, accounts, admin, stores, billing, and sales
• Bulk hiring for site roles – fitters, welders, riggers, technicians, helpers
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, and vendors
• Schedule interviews, conduct screening rounds, and coordinate with HODs
• Maintain databases, dashboards, and hiring trackers
• Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
• Meet weekly hiring targets aligned with project manpower requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of core recruitment experience (blue-collar hiring is a must)
• Strong sourcing and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• Ability to manage pressure and hiring targets
