Senior Human Resources Recruiter

As a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Dewan Consultants, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting top talent across various sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, banking, construction, oil & gas, aviation, and automotive. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews to ensure the selection of the best candidates for the organization. To excel in this role, you must have experience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage the recruitment process and conduct candidate screenings. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this position. You should also be adept at collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and participating in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates. Experience in the relevant industries mentioned earlier is considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this role. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools will be beneficial in effectively carrying out your responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Siliguri, Nizamabad, or Hyderabad, and you will be instrumental in shaping the future of recruitment at Dewan Consultants.
