Position: MIS Analyst Operations: Management Information Systems / Data Entry Work Shift: Night Hours (IST) Work Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai Role Type: Full Time Position Reports to: Manager; Assistant Manager Brief: We are looking for a skilled MIS Analyst as part of our Team who can coordinate with Quality Assurance, Clients, Vendors and Operations departments on a daily basis to prepare and process various files, process orders, update dashboards and publish reports as needed by the organization on a timely basis. Data Analysis, Ability to comprehend & present reports in a structured manner, Ability to explain reports with due references very well. Must have a very good understanding of various MS Excel Formulas, Charts, Diagrams, etc. and should be able to demonstrate the same. Responsibilities:  Responsible for verifying customer information from various tools and resources used within the organization to always ensure customer-data accuracy and correct data management.  Submit and process leads, orders in large volumes within the target timelines and deadlines using the tools and systems provided by the organization.  Update files, reports and publish the same as required on a timely basis and within the deadlines.  To prepare & publish Performance reports on a timely basis as required  To prepare & publish detailed Analysis related reports on a timely basis as required  To automate & ease MIS processes for the organization using key MIS skills  Active involvement into continuous research, data analysis & problem solving to enhance production related performance Academic Requirement:  HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any stream (except Masters, Medical and Engineering)  Call Center, MIS, Data-entry related certifications are a plus Experience Requirement:  Minimum of 1 year experience as MIS Executive/Analyst for any BPO/KPO – International or Domestic Voice process (Preferably Sales/Collections) – but fulfilling the above-mentioned job responsibilities. Skill Requirement:  Knowledge of MS Office suite with proficiency in MS Excel preferred  Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills  Positive and patient approach to work with problems/issues  Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during high order volumes  Ability to exhibit a very polite, courteous and professional approach at all times Weekly Offs: 2 per week
