Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Interactis LLP located in Mumbai.

The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, creating job postings, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, the role may require developing and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, as well as participating in employment events, positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with job posting and applicant tracking systems
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the BPO, KPO, services industry is mandatory
