Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in New Delhi. The Senior HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing and executing recruitment strategies, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role also involves leveraging data and analytics to make informed hiring decisions and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technology
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and commitment to building inclusive teams
  • Analytical skills to utilize data and metrics for effective decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
  • Proven experience recruiting for various levels, including senior management, is highly desirable
