Job Description :

Recruitment experience is a must. Candidates who have worked with recruitment consultancies on target based recruitment is a must.

ü Screen, interview and recruit potential employees through teleconferences, skype and face to face interviews. Fulfill company’s manpower and staffing requirements

ü Check references, qualifications and testimonials prior to the employment

ü Arrange to issue offer letters, appointment letters, answer all correspondence and issue regret letters

ü Induction and Orientation of new employees

ü Conduct exit interviews of employees on resignation from the company

ü Organizing various employee welfare events like celebrating various theme, Festival days, Picnics, Birthday celebrations, Extra-curricular activities etc.
