Senior Human Resources Recruiter

You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across various roles, managing the end-to-end processes from sourcing to offer acceptance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies, utilizing internal resources to attract top talent in the market. - Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience. - Acting as a mentor and onboarding guide for new members of the recruiting organization. - Demonstrating sound judgment in handling escalations independently and knowing when to escalate to leadership. - Proactively anticipating challenges and mitigating risks effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors. - At least 1 year of experience with agency and/or in-house recruiting teams. - Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-level candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfort in navigating ambiguity. - Strong business acumen with experience in partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives. - Preference for non-IT bulk-hiring experience. - Working knowledge of any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools would be a plus.
