Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and take accounts live. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Lead project planning and governance, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment. Who We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience in solutioning, implementation, account management, or pre-sales consulting roles. Background in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or financial services/fintech preferred. Strong track record of owning customer implementations from pilot to go-live with measurable business impact. Hands-on experience with system integrations (telephony, CRMs, APIs, or similar). Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence both CXOs and operational stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Highly agile and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments. Natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and business teams.
